About Me

I grew up in New Zealand, where I spent most of my time in small rural towns, on farms, and camping on the beaches.
My mother is a creative soul, and always made sure I had the chance to paint, draw and craft as a child. Looking back now, she's undoubtedly the source of my creativity.
My father gave me my first camera, and from that moment on, I was always taking photographs. I fell in love with photography early, I'll never forget the excitement of picking up developed film from the local pharmacy after school.

After finishing school and completing a business degree majoring in marketing and management, I travelled through most of my twenties, volunteering in South America and working across London, the Balearic Islands, and Melbourne. It was during this time that I developed a passion for documenting real life, and fell in love with capturing natural movement through candid imagery. I never boarded a plane without my camera.

Alongside photography, I've spent over 20 years building a career in marketing, working in-house across London and Melbourne earlier in my career, and more recently freelancing across multiple brands in Noosa. That professional grounding continues to shape how I approach photography today, with an eye for story, brand, and what truly resonates with an audience.

I now live on the beautiful Sunshine Coast with my husband, Michael, and our children Archer and Luca. I believe wholeheartedly in community and collaboration, and feel incredibly grateful to be surrounded by such amazing creatives in this little pocket of the world.
